    Emesto Quantum 30 mL/100 kg seed pieces (13.6 mL/cwt)
For optimal disease and insect control, good uniform coverage of the seed-piece is required
Seed pieces should be treated immediately after cutting.
Apply specified dosage as a diluted spray using equipment that ensures uniform coverage of each seed piece. Apply no more than 150 mL of slurry/100 kg of seed pieces (68 mL/cwt seed). Agitate or stir the slurry solution as needed.
Best control of soil-borne and seed-borne Rhizoctonia solani is obtained if the seed piece treatment with Emesto Silver is followed by an in-furrow treatment with Velum® Rise fungicide/nematicide at registered rates.

    N/A

For control of fusarium tuber rot and to mitigate resistance development for this disease, apply Emesto Quantum at 30 mL product/100 kg (13.6 mL/cwt) seed pieces along with Emesto PRO at 3.6 mL product/100 kg (1.6 mL/cwt) seed pieces.
Apply specified dosage as a diluted spray using equipment that ensures uniform coverage of each seed piece. Apply no more than 150 mL of slurry/100 kg of seed pieces (68 mL/cwt seed). Agitate or stir the slurry solution as needed.

title-additional-guidelines

Corn, canola, mustard and potatoes may be replanted at any time. A one-year plant-back interval is required for leafy, root and tuber vegetables (except potatoes). A 30-day plant-back interval is required for all other crops.

For resistance management, please note that Emesto PRO contains a Group 3 fungicide. Any fungal population may contain individuals naturally resistant to Emesto PRO and other Group 3 fungicides. Emesto Quantum contains a Group 7 fungicide and a Group 4 insecticide. Any fungal or insect population may contain individuals naturally resistant to Emesto Quantum and other Group 7 fungicides or Group 4 insecticides or Emesto PRO and other Group 3 fungicides. A gradual or total loss of pest control may occur over time if these fungicides and insecticides are used repeatedly in the same fields. Other resistance mechanisms that are not linked to site of action but specific for individual chemicals, such as enhanced metabolism, may also exist. Appropriate resistance-management strategies should be followed.
    To delay fungicide resistance:
Where possible, rotate the use of Emesto PRO or other Group 3 fungicides with different groups that control the same pathogens
Where possible, rotate the use of Emesto Quantum or other products containing a Group 7 fungicide or a Group 4 insecticide with different groups that control the same pathogens
Use tank mixtures with fungicides or insecticides from a different group that is effective on the target pathogen when such use is permitted
Fungicide and insecticide use should be based on an integrated disease management program that includes scouting, historical information related to pesticide use and crop rotation and considers host plant resistance, impact of environmental conditions on disease development, disease thresholds, as well as cultural, biological and other chemical control practices
Where possible, make use of predictive disease models to effectively time fungicide/insecticide applications
Monitor fungal populations for resistance development. Notify Bayer CropScience Inc. if reduced sensitivity of the pathogen or pest to Emesto PRO or Emesto Quantum is suspected.
If disease or pest populations continue to progress after treatment with this product, do not increase the use rate. Discontinue use of this product, and switch to another fungicide or insecticide with a different site of action, if available.
