Technology Stewardship Agreement
Grower TSA Form
The Technology Stewardship Agreement (TSA) is a legal agreement between Bayer Crop Science and a grower. It grants a grower a limited license to use Bayer Technologies in accordance with the terms and conditions in the TSA.
Retail TSA Form
If you are a retailer and would like to start a TSA form on behalf of a grower, please use the following link to start the process. Once you have completed the form, the grower will be e-mailed automatically in order to validate the information. Once the grower validates the information, and electronically signs the form, a TSA # will be generated within 48 hours and e-mailed to both the grower and the retailer.
PDF Form may not be digitally signed outside of our platform. Any TSA signed electronically outside of this platform will be rejected.

Completed forms should be scanned and e-mailed to rebate.fulfillment.ca@bayercropscience.com. Forms do not need to be mailed. In the event that you do not have access to a scanner or e-mail, please mail completed forms to Grower Licensing, Bayer CropScience Inc., #130, 160 Quarry Park Blvd SE, Calgary, AB T2C 3G3. Processing time for mail-in forms is approximately 4 weeks.
