    Important legal information and full terms and conditions of the 2025 DEKALB® Innovation Adopter Bonus (also the “Program”) are set out below. BayerValue Rules
    1. The BayerValue™ Program (“BayerValue Program”) consists of numerous Bayer CropScience Inc. (“Bayer”) grower programs that are identified by Bayer from time to time as being part of the BayerValue Program. The 2025 DEKALB® Innovation Adopter Bonus is part of the BayerValue Program.
    2. BayerValue Program rules (“BayerValue Rules”) apply to all BayerValue Programs including the Program. The complete BayerValue Rules for the 2025 growing season are found here or by calling the Bayer Rebate Fulfillment Centre at: 1 855-449-2029.
    3. The BayerValue Rules include consent from the grower respecting the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and use of commercial electronic messages for purposes discussed in the BayerValue Rules. For a summary of key BayerValue Rules privacy and consent terms click here.

    Program

    1. Unless otherwise permitted by Bayer in its sole discretion, growers must be registered with the BayerValue Program prior to May 1, 2025, and comply with all terms and conditions of the BayerValue Rules and Program to be eligible to receive benefits under the Program.
    2. Growers must have a valid Technology Stewardship Agreement. Growers must have a valid BASF Liberty® Trait Agreement if purchasing DEKALB® canola with the LibertyLink® trait. Agreements need to be in place at time of booking.
    3. Program is available to qualifying growers and their farming operations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Peace River Region of British Columbia.
    4. Only purchases by growers between October 1st, 2024 and September 30th, 2025 from Bayer authorized retails will be used within calculations for this Program.
    5. Eligible growers for this Program must have:
      • Purchased a DEKALB® TruFlex® LibertyLink® canola hybrid or DEKALB® LibertyLink® canola hybrid for the 2024 growing season, or;
      • Must not have purchased any DEKALB canola for the 2024 growing season.
    6. A $20/bag rebate will be applied to the following canola hybrids under this Program for 2025 growing season: DK400TL, DK401TL and DKTFLL 21 SC.
    7. Qualifying growers can receive a maximum savings on this Program of up to $65/bag on DEKALB TruFlex® LibertyLink® canola when combined with the Summer Sizzler and Instant Discount rebates.

Bayer products are commercialized in accordance with ETS Product Launch Stewardship Guidance, and in compliance with Bayer’s Policy for Commercialization of Biotechnology-Derived Plant Products in Commodity Crops. These products have been approved for import into key export markets with functioning regulatory systems. Any crop or material produced from these products can only be exported to, or used, processed or sold in countries where all necessary regulatory approvals have been granted. It is a violation of national and international law to move material containing biotech traits across boundaries into nations where import is not permitted. Growers should talk to their grain handler or product purchaser to confirm their buying position for these products.     ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW PESTICIDE LABEL DIRECTIONS. It is a violation of federal law to use any pesticide product other than in accordance with its labeling. ONLY USE FORMULATIONS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY LABELED AND APPROVED FOR SUCH USES. Contact the Pest Management Regulatory Agency with any questions about the approval status of dicamba herbicide products for in-crop use with Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans or products with XtendFlex® Technology.

    Programs

    7. No minimum DEKALB seed bag/unit purchase requirements for grower.
    8. Instant Discount will be applied to qualified DEKALB seed order at time of invoice by the retail.
    9. DEKALB seed that qualifies under this Program is eligible for $20/bag off canola, $25/bag off corn, and $1/SSU off soybeans through an Instant Discount.
    10. Eligible DEKALB seed selling units (“SSU”) for calculating the Program are: 1 SSU of corn = 80,000 kernels; 1 SSU of soybean = 140,000 seeds; 1 SSU of canola = 4.25 million seeds. Canola: 1 Bag = 1 SSU, Canola Mini Bulk = 20 SSU’s,; Corn: 1 bag = 1 SSU, Corn SeedPak 45 = 45 SSU’s, SeedPak50® = 50 SSU; Soybeans: 1 bag = 1 SSU, 1 Soybean Tote = 40 SSU’s, Soybean SeedPak40 = 40 SSU’s.

    7. Grower must buy specified minimum of 500 acres of DEKALB seed for qualification under this Program.
    8. For DEKALB canola bags Early Booked by booking deadline, DEKALB Canola Summer Sizzler rebate is equal to $25/bag.
    9. Early booked DEKALB canola seed under this Program will also qualify for the DEKALB Instant Discount Program.
    10. Eligible DEKALB canola, corn and soybean seed acres for calculating the achievement of the minimum acreage requirements for the Program are: 10 acres per canola bag, 2.5 acres per corn bag and 0.74 acres per unit of soybeans.
