2025 Seed Spray Connect Program Rules

Seed, Spray, Connect! Get rewarded for growing Bayer corn and soybean traits, while controlling challenging weeds and diseases.

Corn – Between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025, purchase a minimum of 250 acres of DEKALB® corn and/or eligible Seed Partner corn brands containing Bayer corn trait and 250 matching acres of eligible herbicide and receive a rebate in the form of a $500 flight voucher. In addition, purchase 250 matching acres of Delaro® Complete fungicide and receive a rebate in the form of a $1,000 flight voucher. If you also purchase a FieldView™ platform subscription, you’ll receive an additional rebate in the form of a $250 flight voucher ($1,250 max total).

AND/ OR

Soybeans - Between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025, purchase a minimum of 250 acres of DEKALB soybeans or eligible Seed Partner soybean brands containing Bayer soybean trait and 250 matching acres of eligible herbicide and receive a rebate in the form of a $500 flight voucher. In addition, purchase 250 matching acres of Delaro Complete fungicide and receive a rebate in the form of a $1,000 flight voucher. If you also purchase a FieldView platform subscription, you’ll receive an additional rebate in the form of a $250 flight voucher ($1,250 max total).

BayerValue Rules

  1. The BayerValue™ Program (“BayerValue Program”) consists of numerous Bayer CropScience Inc. (“Bayer”) grower programs that are identified by Bayer from time to time as being part of the BayerValue Program. This Program is part of the BayerValue Program.
  2. BayerValue Program rules (“BayerValue Rules”) apply to all BayerValue Programs including the Program. The complete BayerValue Rules for the 2025 growing season are found here or by calling the Bayer Rebate Fulfillment Centre at: 1 855-317-5082.
  3. The BayerValue Rules include consent from the grower respecting the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and use of commercial electronic messages for purposes discussed in the BayerValue Rules. For a summary of key BayerValue Rules privacy and consent terms click here.

Programs

  1.   3. Qualifying growers must:
    1. Be registered with the BayerValue Program prior to July 31, 2025 and comply with all terms and conditions of the BayerValue Program Rules
    2. Have a valid Technology Stewardship Agreement.
    3. The Program is available to qualifying growers and their farming operations in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.

  5. Product use rate calculations:
    • Corn seed:
      • 2.5 acres per corn seed selling unit (CSSU). Eligible corn CSSU for calculating the Program are: 1 CSSU = 80,000 kernels.
    • Soybean seed:
      • 0.74 acres per soybean seed selling unit (SSSU). Eligible soybean SSSU for calculating the Program are: 1 SSSU = 140,000 kernels.
    • Corn Herbicide:
      • 40 acres per 3.66L jug, Laudis herbicide
      • 30 acres per 4.0L jug, Corvus herbicide
    • Corn Fungicide:
      • 30 acres per 7.1L jug, Delaro Complete fungicide
    • Soybean Herbicide:
      • 7 acres per 10L jug, Roundup Xtend 2 herbicide
      • 20 acres per 10L jug, Xtendimax 2 herbicide
    • Soybean Fungicide:
      • 30 acres per 7.1L jug, Delaro Complete fungicide
  6. The rebate award
    • Rebate Award (“Award”) consisting of flight voucher(s) shall be earned by the farm and made out and delivered to the individual listed as the farm primary contact as per BayerValue customer account.
    • Limit of one Award per farm entity.
    • The Award must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, sold, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Bayer reserves the right to substitute an Award for another award of equal or greater value. Award delivery may be delayed due to provider limitations.
    • The Participant shall be responsible for all tax implications, if any, that may be associated with participation in and an Award under this Program.
    • Participation in any aspect of the Program shall be, and be deemed to be, an acceptance of all terms set out in the Program. Customer understands that Bayer reserves the right to conduct audits to ensure accuracy of information and all participants must agree to submit to and participate in such audits if required by Bayer. Bayer shall be repaid the full cost of any Award obtained by the Participant in the result of an audit fail.
    • Expected fulfillment of the Award is Q1 2026, following the reconciliation by Bayer of 2025 growing season customer product transactions.
    • Flight voucher(s) are expected to be purchased through https://www.flightgift.com, at Bayer’s discretion.

Roundup Ready® 2 Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate. Products with XtendFlex® Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate, glufosinate and dicamba. Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate and dicamba. Glyphosate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glyphosate. Dicamba will kill crops that are not tolerant to dicamba. Glufosinate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glufosinate.
